Chicken & Sweet Corn Soup

Now this Chicken & Sweet Corn Soup is my kind of recipe!!!! Minimum effort and maximum results 🙌🏼

Ingredients

1 litre Campells Chicken Stock
500g cooked chicken breast (I used 2 x 250g packets of Mt Barker fully cooked ready to eat Roasted Carved Chicken Breast)
2 x tins Edgell Creamed Corn
4 Eggs

Method

  1. Bring the chicken stock to a simmer.
  2. Add diced chicken breast.
  3. Add creamed corn.
  4. Bring to a simmer for 8 minutes.
  5. Add 4 eggs and whisk immediately to thicken.
  6. Serve with fingers of toast for dipping.
