Quick and Easy Pavlova

You can always make the pavlova from scratch, and I always love to do that. But given the amount of cooking
that happens over Christmas I’m always happy to give myself a break where it won’t be noticed. Bonus: you can
buy and store the Pavlova’s to keep in the pantry for unexpected visitors. Just whip some cream or keep a can of
whipping cream ready in the fridge. Cut up some fresh fruits and drizzle with passionfruit or even warm up some strawberry jam for a quick festive, sweet topping.

Ingredients

1 x Pavlova Base
600ml Fresh Whipping Cream
Strawberries
Blueberries
Banana
Kiwi Fruit
1 x Tin of Passionfruit Pulp

Method

  • Whip the cream
  • Slice the strawberries, banana, and kiwi fruit
  • Top the pavlova base with the cream and arrange the all the fruit over the pavlova
  • Drizzle the desired amount of passionfruit pulp over the top.
