You can always make the pavlova from scratch, and I always love to do that. But given the amount of cooking
that happens over Christmas I’m always happy to give myself a break where it won’t be noticed. Bonus: you can
buy and store the Pavlova’s to keep in the pantry for unexpected visitors. Just whip some cream or keep a can of
whipping cream ready in the fridge. Cut up some fresh fruits and drizzle with passionfruit or even warm up some strawberry jam for a quick festive, sweet topping.
