This is the dip of all dips 🙌🏼
2 x 400g tins Artichokes - drained
1 x 470g jar THOMY mayonnaise
1 x 250g shredded parmesan
2 cloves garlic- crushed
Blend all ingredients together for approx 10 seconds to combine. (If using a Thermomix speed 5)
Transfer to an ovenproof dish.
Bake in a preheated 160’ fan forced oven for 30 mins or until golden.
Serve with toasted Turkish rolls, sliced into fingers.
(I like to use approx 4 packets of the @colessupermarkets Turkish rolls)
I purchased this @maxwellandwilliamsofficial 1.3 L Round Casserole dish from @myer which is the perfect size for this dip. (It even has a lid which is fabulous for transporting)👌🏻
