Ingredients
200g Rolled Oats
160g Desiccated Coconut
340g Pitted Dates
1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
2 Tablespoons Rice Malt Syrup
80g Coconut Oil - solid one
4 Tablespoons Water
Method
- Blitz 30 sec speed 8
- (Check if it holds together and if it’s too dry add another tablespoon of rice malt syrup and blitz again)
- Transfer mixture to a large bowl
- Prepare another container with desiccated coconut covering the base.
- Roll mixture into balls (we your hands if necessary) and drop onto the coconut. Give the container a little shake to toss the bliss ball in the coconut to cover.
- Refrigerate and enjoy with a cuppa knowing how proud of yourself you are that you didn’t eat the chocolate you were eyeing off in the fridge ha ha ha!
