Ham & Cheese / Jam & Cream Croissants

This is where the Glazed Ham shines again. Slice some more from the bone and create a quick easy breakfast platter to graze on all morning. You could turn this into a brunch with friends and add a glass of champagne.

Ingredients

Pre-cooked Croissants – enough for one per guest
200g Block of Mainland Vintage Cheddar
Glazed Ham – thin slices (pre-prepared)
1 x Jar of Raspberry Jam
1 x Tub/Jar of Double Thick Cream

Method

  • Warm your croissants in the oven set to 160 °c for 5 minutes on a lined baking tray. 
  • Using a bread knife, carefully slice lengthways and arrange in a breadbasket lined with a tea-towel.
  • Prepare a platter of sliced glazed ham, thinly sliced vintage cheddar cheese (it will crumble and that’s okay) and jam and cream in serving bowls with spreaders ready to serve.
