Roast Vegetables

These roasted vegetable medley not only looks festive but gives a lovely aroma and flavour to compliment
the turkey. Don’t forget to make extra gravy for dipping!

Ingredients

2kg of Diced Vegetables (Carrot, Sweet Potato, White Potato, Purple Sweet Potato, Pumpkin)
1/3 Cup Oil
1 Tbspn Sea Salt Flakes
2 Tbspn Dried Rosemary

Method

  • Add Vegetables to a large zip-lock bag and add oil, salt, and rosemary. 
  • Mix and rub together.
  • Tip onto a roasting tray and bake at 180°c   oven until soft and golden.
