We all need some greens right! So, this salad mixed with cheese, egg, bacon, onion has all the flavours
to stand all by itself or compliment the Christmas table this year.

Ingredients

1 Bunch of Silver Beet Spinach – Slice Thinly
1 Cup Grated Cheese
1 Red Onion – diced
1 Carrot – grated
4 x Boiled Eggs – Cooled
½ Cup Bacon Bits
French or Italian Dressing

Method

• Combine all the salad ingredients together except the egg, bacon, and dressing.
• Place into a serving bowl. 
• Grate the boiled eggs over the top and scatter over the bacon bits
• Dress with dressing of your choice just before you serve.
